What to Expect During Your Service
According to the CDC, the coronavirus (COVID-19) is thought to spread mainly from person-to-person contact or interaction. To ensure the safety of our customers and employees, we are taking the following measures and precautions.
- When our estimators and crews arrive, they will not shake hands or make direct contact with anyone in your home.
- They will wear face coverings when required by local authorities.
- We will adhere to CDC guidelines and ask that you also follow CDC recommendations and maintain 6 feet between you and our staff.
- We are available through digital communication to reduce person-to-person contact.

Social Distancing Protocol

This protocol shall apply for all job locations on a daily basis until further notice.
MEASURE TO KEEP PEOPLE AT LEAST SIX FEET AWAY:
- Signage at each public location shall be posted to inform all employees that they should: avoid entering the siteif they have a cough or fever; maintain a minimum six-foot distance from one another; sneeze and cough into acloth or tissue or, if not available, into one’s elbow; and not shake hands or engage in any unnecessary physicalcontact.
MEASURES TO PROTECT EMPLOYEE HEALTH WHILE IN THE FIELD WORKING ON ESSENTIAL CONSTRUCTION:
- All employees are instructed to not come to work if sick.
- Foremen shall conduct symptom checks for every employee under their charge every morning in the yard or jobsite prior to work starting.
- Foremen shall be responsible for sending home any employee under their charge who exhibits signs of sicknessincluding fever, sore throat, coughing or other flu like symptoms and direct that employee to seek medicalattention.
- Individual work areas should be separated by at least six feet when able and practical.
- All company vehicles shall be restricted to one person per cab while in transit.
- Employees not required to drive company vehicles shall drive their own personal vehicle to the jobs site(s). Theemployee will be reimbursed for mileage per the company vehicle mileage policy.
- Work sites shall be coned off to prevent public intrusion as much as practical.
- All employees shall maintain at least six feet distance from customers and the general public as well as eachother, except employees may momentarily come closer when necessary to accept payment, deliver goods orservices, or as otherwise necessary.
MEASURES TO INCREASE SANITATION:
- Any company vehicle that has been replaced or exchanged with a secondary vehicle not normallydriven by that driver shall be disinfected by that driver with a disinfecting wipe or disinfecting spray.
- All utility trucks (Ford 550’s) shall carry separate potable water sources for washing hands along with soap andemployees shall wash their hands often.
